Profile completeness

- Primary category is exact; add relevant secondary categories

- Phone and website are correct (NAP consistency)
- Hours include holidays and special hours
- Attributes filled (wifi, parking, women-led, etc.)
Photos & visuals
- Logo and cover image
- Interior / exterior photos
- Team and product photos

Posts & updates
- Weekly Google posts for offers, events, or tips
- Link posts to a landing page or booking flow when useful
Reviews system
- Reply to every review within a few days
