RateUs.ai Setup Guide: Business → QR → First Review
Tutorial: create your RateUs.ai account, add a business, configure QR campaigns, download a branded poster, and collect your first Google review.
This tutorial walks through the full RateUs.ai path from signup to a customer pasting a review on Google.
1. Create your account
Go to Sign up and create a free account.

2. Add your business
From the dashboard, create a business with:
- Name and category
- Location / locality
- Logo
- Google review URL (from Maps or our free QR / link tool)

3. Create a QR campaign
Open the business and add a QR campaign. You can set:
- Label (e.g. Front desk)
- Locality override
- Experience tags / chips customers will pick
- Optional offer banner
- Optional contact capture

4. Download the branded poster
Generate and download the poster PNG. Print it (A5 or A4 works well) and place it at the counter.

5. Walk the customer flow
Scan the QR on your phone:
- Landing page with your brand
- Star rating
- If five stars — pick chips → Generate review → edit → Copy & paste on Google
- If lower — private feedback form

6. Check the dashboard
After a few days, review:
- Scans
- Copied reviews
- Private feedback inbox
- Captured customers (CSV export)

Tips for your first week
- Train one staff member with a one-line ask
- Hang the poster where people wait
- Reply to every new Google review
- Adjust tags if customers keep mentioning something missing
